Customer Pick Up

We are happy to make a pick-up reservation for you! Your merchandise direct from Rettig Brothers Furniture is just a pick-up away.

To ensure a timely pick-up please:

Call our showroom at 419-425-4663 (1-866-216-5174 Toll Free) before Pick-up to confirm that your order is ready.
Please call 24 hours in advance if you need to change your pick-up date.
Pick up times in our warehouse are:
- Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Sundays - 1:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.
Please have your balance paid in full. Balances can be paid via telephone by credit card by calling our customer service department at (419) 425-3207 or payments can be received through the mail or directly at the showroom before pick-up occurs.

Home Delivery

If you don’t have suitable transportation of your own, you can arrange Home Delivery. Some charges may apply.

Once your merchandise is available for delivery you will receive a call from our customer service department. Customer service will alert you as to the days our delivery trucks will be in your area and will set up a delivery date and approximate time for you.
Balance must be paid in full before delivery occurs. Payment can be taken from a credit card over the telephone or can be mailed or paid directly at the store. Please discuss any payment options with your Sales representative.
You must be home during your time window and ready to receive your delivery. Your home, room or location must be ready to receive your new furniture. The delivery team will not move existing furniture to other rooms in you home. This is a critical courtesy in meeting the time needs of all customers waiting for their delivery that day. It is important to inspect your merchandise thoroughly. You will be asked to sign off letting us know your furniture was delivered in good condition.
